For all Shipping issues pertaining to orders made via leafy.global we encourage you to contact us via email at info@leafy.global.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a product from Leafy Global LLC at a retail location, or through a website other than Leafy Global LLC, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor the methods they ship with.

  • SHIPPING PROCESS TIMES

    All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days (Monday - Friday).

    Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends or holidays.

    Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

    Leafy Global LLC ships to addresses within the United States only. PO Box addresses are accepted as well.

  • SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking # will be provided after orders have been processed.

  • INCORRECT/DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS

    Leafy Global LLC works very diligently to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you received your order damaged, an incorrect item or have an item missing from your package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@leafy.global.

  • MISSING ORDERS

    Leafy Global LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them.

    If your package has been lost while in transit or stolen after being marked delivered, you must file a claim with USPS. You can file a claim from USPS on their website here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

    A copy of your claim will be required and once confirmed we will contact you to move onto the next step.

    USPS usually sends claims decisions within 5-10 days. You can also check Claim History in your USPS.com account for updates.

  • CANNABINOID SHIPPING POLICY

    Leafy Global LLC retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to Delta-THC 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product may not ship to some states.
